1/31/2024 DO NOT USE THE NEW VERIFICATION FORM FOR SUBMISSION AT THIS TIME. Verification Request Form can now be automatically generated. After entering your decedents information into the database, and saving it. Reopen the record just created and look at the bottom of the form and under the Status block you can now see a Generate NPRC Form link. When you click on it, a .pdf will be downloaded to your computer where you can change the file name to your decedent, you can add additional information if necessary, save it and send it off to Eligibility as you normally would. The form will use your email that is associated with your record when you joined MIAP. If you are using another email for your submissions please let me know so we can update your record. It is being brought to my attention that there are issues w/fields not being filled in ie DOB/DOD even though it is in the database. Please exercise this new feature and send me an email with any concerns you have found or any suggestions for improvement. 1/25/2024 Volunteers, Please Log In and see the following upgrades:
1) Within Cremain Mgmt you can now sort your decedents by Funeral Home.
2) Under Reports you will see Volunteer List. You can now find names, email addresses of any Volunteer in any State. Reminder, you must be logged in to see them.
